On July 25, the Ogden Pioneer Days Parade took place along Washington Boulevard, running from 31st Street to 20th Street and featured appearances from local schools, businesses and institutions. It commenced with the South Summit Marching Band, who traveled to Ogden from Kamas, Utah. Hill Air Force Base, Daughters of Utah Pioneers and Returning Missionaries all sent representatives to participate in the parade. Miss Rodeo Utah and the Weber State cheer team made appearances as well. The parade was part of the closing Pioneer Days festivities which concluded with a rodeo and fireworks show.
