Lillard is one of 15 players from across the country to earn All-American honors from the NABC, and is one of three players not from a power conference.

This season, Lillard helped the Wildcats to a 25-7 record, and a 14-2 record in the Big Sky Conference.

For much of the season, Lillard led the nation in scoring, and finished the year in second place. He scored 784 points this year for WSU, which is the most in WSU single-season history.

Lillard scored in double figures in all 32 games for the Wildcats this season and was named Big Sky Player of the Week five times this season. He also was named National Player of the Week once.

At the beginning of March, Lillard became WSU’s career leader in 3-pointers with 246. He is also the all-time leader in free throws made with 520, and is second in career assists with 362.

Lillard was also named a finalist for the John Wooden Award, Oscar Robertson Award and Bob Cousy Award.
