Dear fellow wildcats,

My name is Cody Brown and I am the vice president of Diversity and Unity at Weber State University. My position provides opportunities for you to broaden your understanding of diversity and inclusion at WSU. My goal is to build unity across campus. This is done with the help of the Diversity Board, which includes seven students who help plan diversity related events during the school year. Events like Stop The Hate, Taboo Talks and Sessions On the Ledge, as well as many others help students understand and explore cultures, controversy and other diverse topics. We work hard to build an inclusive environment and look forward to seeing you at our events!

To the first year students or returning students, congratulations for taking a step towards great education! You will find that Weber is full of opportunities and is a very friendly campus. My recommendation to you is to get involved! Find a place on campus where you feel comfortable. Weber State provides many opportunities for students to learn, grow and gain experiences. Take advantage of what our great campus has to offer and share your Weber pride!
