Let’s face it, Weber State University students aren’t notorious for being social butterflies. We’re busy. We trudge from class to class, trying to keep up with this fast-paced world the best we can. We may often feel we don’t have time for others or even for ourselves. Heck, stopping to smell the roses is a feat sometimes.
Whether it’s visiting the Weber geese or catching an Ogden sunset, these little moments are actually capable of easing the stress of school, work and everything else we have going on in our chaotic lives. Taking a few minutes out of each day to do the little things allows for happiness. In a less anxious mindset, our schedules become far more manageable.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere you like to go, do something you enjoy doing, say hi to a stranger and breathe.
