Hall re-elected

Alan Hall was re-elected chair of the Weber State University Board of Trustees at its meeting on Sept. 3. Hall has served as chair of the trustees since 2010, and is the chair of MarketStar and founder of Grow Utah Ventures. Trustee Kevin Sullivan was elected vice chair.

9/11 remembrance event held

Today from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m, WSU’s Center for Community Engaged Learning will present the 9/11 Remembrance Day in the Shepherd Union Atrium. This free event features a special ceremony and video.

Library continues to collects pioneer documents

Stewart Library Digital Collections is assisting the Utah Academic Library Consortium and Mountain West Digital Library in collecting documents and pictures created during 1842–69 that reflect social, political, military, business and religious life on the frontier during the period of overland migration.
